Creating Glowing Links II

There is another way to create glowing links (I haven't seen this used at many sites yet), again by using CSS (cascading style sheets), but it only works with IE4+ (the rest of the browsers will simply ignore it). However, you can add this cool effect for the benefit of your visitors with IE4.

For a change, let's make this an inline CSS (you will put it where you want the effect and it will not show up on the other links):

<SPAN STYLE="position:relative; width:250; height:20;
filter:glow(Color=#00A0A0,Strength=2)">
<a href="http://www.travelooce.com">
<b><br>Travel The World </b></a></SPAN>

You will get this: Travel The World

Note: You can change the color "#00A0A0" to the color of your choice, and also adjust the width and height (you can use trial-and-error if you can't figure out the exact dimensions for your text on the link). And don't forget to change the link in blue to one of your own.
